At F Ed we . . .
are naturally diverse and inclusive. Our team is the best of the best from many disciplines. The main qualification needed to join the F Ed staff is to be able to look challenge in the face confidently and know that it is no match for ingenuity. It just so happens that the best of the best are an assortment of all cultures, shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. Having heard that, "so many disciplinary backgrounds makes us too diverse," and that, catering to futuristic technology as well as having a viable product that can be used by groups with less access to high tech devices would be too difficult, clearly these criticisms have not met the like of Freepartner brilliance and divinity. Bragging about inclusivity and diversity feels petty, but in the face of being called too diverse, perhaps we should be more proud about our work environment.
We are free to define our week
Employees have schedule flexibility. Our work week is goal oriented, so whether an employee wishes to work two 12 hour days or six 4 hour days, as long as the tasks are slayed by the masters, all milestones will be delivered.

In order to change the way calculus and physics is taught we must offer the information in a totally new way. At F Ed, we are not just taking the same old homework examples to advanced technology. We are advancing technology by imagining a new means to describe and share questions and answers. We are advancing education by innovating teaching methods and putting the relevancy in context. We are also opening the door to traditional teaching collaborators who wish to challenge or observe the effectiveness of the prototypes based on F Ed research,
